Operational information about Syrens. This page is public: you do not need to sign in, submit a photo or access adult content to read it.
Model and Fans are different services
Syrens Model is a directory of profiles and external links. Video call requests are not paid through Syrens. Services purchased on another platform follow that platform’s conditions. Syrens Fans offers free posts and separately paid content; the feed requires sign-in and 18+ verification.
Fixed prices in Brazilian reais
The Syrens Fans catalog uses Brazilian reais (BRL), with fixed creator-set prices, not automatic USD conversion. Before confirming, review the total price, currency and frequency on the review screen. Opening that screen must not create an order; consent starts unchecked.
Subscription, PPV and tips
A subscription is monthly and covers subscriber posts during the paid period. It does not include PPV posts: each PPV is a separate, one-time purchase. Tips are voluntary and grant no content access. Each option’s availability depends on enabled features.
Fees and creator proceeds
The Syrens fee is 10% of the gross sale. Processor fees, taxes, reserves, refunds and chargebacks are shown separately in financial records. The remaining 90% is not a guarantee of net creator proceeds.
Cancel renewal
In Library, under Subscriptions, choose “Cancel at period end”. Wait for confirmation: a failed attempt does not confirm cancellation. Canceling renewal preserves access through the paid-through date; it is not, by itself, a refund. Purchased PPV remains independent of a subscription, except when safety or legal removal requires revocation.
Get help with a charge or refund
Contact support with the order or receipt reference and the reason for your request. Do not send card numbers, passwords, identity documents or verification photos. This support-flow description does not set a refund deadline, eligibility or guarantee. The contractual refund policy and full operator details still require approval before real payments launch.
Simulation is not a real payment
When a screen says “simulation”, amounts are fictional: there is no card charge, money transfer or real payout. Simulation does not replace processor approval. Real payments depend on an approved integration, credentials and confirmed country and currency availability.
